Customs & Import Fees

For international orders, customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees required by their country’s customs authority.

If a customer chooses not to pay the customs fee and the parcel is returned to us as a result, a refund will only be issued once the parcel has been received and processed at our return facility. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and any additional fees associated with the return may be deducted from the refund.
