Eligibility for Returns
- You may return your product within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, provided your order was shipped within the UK.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The original tags must still be attached and not damaged or tampered with. If the tag is removed, returns will strictly not be accepted for hygiene and safety reasons.
- For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been worn, washed, or damaged.
How to Return
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@yanabyhazera.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Return Authorisation: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorisation if applicable and further instructions on how to return the item.
- Return labels: Return labels are the responsibility of the customer.
- Ship the Item: Carefully pack the product in its original packaging, and ship it to the address provided by our team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Processing Fee
Please note that a £1.39 processing fee will be deducted from all approved return refunds (unless the item was received in error or defected).
This fee covers the processing and administrative costs associated with handling returned items.
We appreciate your understanding and encourage customers to review product details carefully before making a purchase.
14-Day Return Window After Authorisation
Once a return has been authorised by our team, customers have 14 calendar days from the date of authorisation to return the item(s) to us.
To ensure timely and successful processing of your return, you must:
- Ship the return within 14 days of receiving the return authorisation.
- Provide proof of return within that period by sending a tracking number to our customer support team.
If we do not receive tracking information within 14 days, the return authorisation will be considered void and the return may no longer be accepted.
Refunds
- Once we receive the returned product and confirm it meets our return criteria (including the tag still being attached), a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Please note that a £1.39 processing fee will be deducted from all approved, non faulty returns to cover administrative costs. This fee does not apply to faulty, incorrect or misdescribed items.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you have ordered the incorrect size, we recommend placing a new order for the correct size and returning the original item following our returns process.
Exclusions
Please note that we do not accept international returns at this time.
All sales made and shipped outside of the United Kingdom are final. We are unable to accommodate return requests or exchanges for international orders due to shipping logistics, customs regulations, and associated costs.
We recommend reviewing all product details, sizing guides, and order information carefully before placing an international order. If you have any questions before purchasing, feel free to contact our customer support team.
Cancellations
Once an order is placed, we may not be able to cancel it before shipping due to system automation. However, if you need to make changes to your order, such as adjusting a size, please email us within 1 day of placing your order at info@yanabyhazera.com, and we will do our best to assist.
Liability Disclaimer
We cannot be held responsible for any delays, loss, or damage caused by courier services while items are in transit. Should any issues arise during transit, we advise customers to contact the courier service directly to resolve the matter. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that we do not provide transit insurance and cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged during shipping.

YANA hand-packs each item with care and thoroughly inspects every piece to ensure it meets our quality standards before it is sent out. While we ensure the highest standards of quality before dispatch, we are not liable for any damage incurred once the item has been delivered to the customer, including damages that may occur if the item is tried on
However, if your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. After inspection, we will offer a replacement or a full refund if the criteria is met.
